Privacy Agreement — 3rd Base Coach (a product of Data Network Analysts “DNA”) Effective Date: Nov 13, 2025 This Privacy Agreement explains how 3rd Base Coach (the “App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information. 3rd Base Coach is a product of Data Network Analysts (“DNA”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below. 1) Who We Are 3rd Base Coach is a purchase decision support and referral app. Data Network Analysts (DNA) operates and supports the App and related services. 2) Information We Collect Depending on what you choose to provide and how you use the App, we may collect: Contact information: name, email address, phone number. Location signals: ZIP code and shopping distance preferences. Purchase context: what you’re buying, purchase intent/category, timeframe, budget range, preferences. Deal and pricing details: base price, fees, taxes, discounts/incentives, deposits/down payments, quotes, itemized terms. Financing-related details (if provided): payment method, term length, APR, quoted monthly payment, and general credit score range. Trade/sell details (if applicable): trade item type, payoff amount, appraisal information, current payment amount. Item/service details: condition/source, year/model, make/brand, model/service name, VIN/serial/ID, usage (miles/hours/units). Usage and device data: interactions in the App (features used, timestamps, basic diagnostics), and device/browser information for troubleshooting. 3) How We Use Information DNA may use the information collected to: Provide App features such as deal checks, comparisons, negotiation guidance, protection-plan guidance, reminders, and issue reporting. Improve accuracy, personalization, and user experience. Perform analytics, quality assurance, and troubleshooting. Maintain safety, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce policies. 4) How Information Is Shared We may share information as needed to provide App functionality: With DNA-affiliated systems and entities that support App operations, analytics, and service delivery. With providers and partners when you request referrals, scheduling support, or introductions (for example, sharing your contact details and high-level purchase needs). With service providers that help us operate the App (hosting, storage, analytics, communications), under appropriate safeguards. We do not require you to submit sensitive information to use the App. If you choose to upload documents, you should remove or redact sensitive data when possible. 5) Referrals and Network Matching The App may recommend businesses and providers based on your inputs. When available, the App may prioritize businesses in the 3rd Base Coach Member Network. Referral results are estimates and may be influenced by relevance, proximity, and network participation. 6) Your Choices Optional fields: Many questions are optional; you control what you share. Access, deletion, or export: You may be able to request access to, deletion of, or export of your data if available in app settings. Opt-out of matching: You may be able to opt out of referral/affiliate matching if available in app settings. 7) Data Retention We retain information for as long as needed to operate the App, provide services you request, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the data type and purpose. 8) Security DNA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and you use the App at your own risk. 9) Children’s Privacy The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your location). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 10) Disclaimers App outputs are estimates based on user inputs and available marketplace data. Users should verify final terms in writing before purchase. Results are not guaranteed. The App does not provide legal advice. 11) Changes to This Privacy Agreement We may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other reasonable means.
