Step 3 — Terms & Membership Agreement

3rd Base Network Membership Agreement

By submitting this application and completing payment, you agree to the following terms:

1. Territory: Each membership grants a non-exclusive 5-mile radius referral zone from the submitted business address. Territory control for overlapping zones is determined by tier level first (higher tier takes precedence), then by membership seniority (join date) within the same tier.

2. Annual Dues: Membership dues are billed annually at the selected tier rate. Renewal is required to maintain zone status and referral eligibility.

3. Referrals: All consumer referral notifications are delivered exclusively to the email address provided in this application. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid email address.

4. One Location Per Application: Each application covers a single business location. Additional locations require separate applications and dues.

5. Network Partner: If you opt into the 3rd Base Network Partnership, you agree to honor the discount you specified to all verified 3rd Base members in good standing.

6. Compliance: Members must maintain accurate business information. DNA (Data Network Analysts) reserves the right to modify territory rules, tier benefits, and pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Refund Policy: Annual dues are non-refundable after approval. Applications that fail review will be fully refunded.

8. ScoutNShout Priority: By joining, you acknowledge the network's preference for ScoutNShout.com ratings as the primary review platform within the DNA ecosystem.
